Broad beans of Khater or known as fava beans are dried, peeled and it is in creamy pale yellow colour.

It also has creamy, buttery taste and soft texture

The beans are good in soups, dips, salads, pastas, curry, stews, cheese and egg

It is the main ingredient for menu ‘Foul Mudammas’ (popular dish in Middle East)

It replete with nutrition such as protein, fiber, iron and varieties of vitamins which help to provide energy, promote heart health and boost immunity 

Storage Condition : Store in a cool and dry place (room temperature)
