Wheat flour (white flour) is made from finely ground wheat grains

Widely used as an essential ingredient in bread, cakes, cookies, mee, ‘roti canai’ and most baked goods.

It has fat, carbohidrat, fiber and protein

Storage Condition : Store in a cool and dry place (room temperature)

Merupakan bahan asas untuk membuat pelbagai jenis makanan seperti kuih, mee, roti, roti canai, biskut, kek dan banyak lagi

Ia mengandungi lemak, karbohidrat, serat dan protein yang diperlukan

Cara penyimpanan :
Simpan di tempat yang kering dan dingin (suhu bilik)
